Hello everypony. Behold, the NotSoNeat Temp Blog has transformed into the magical, totally unique, NotSoNeat’s Nest. Hell yes. Let’s go. Look how cool and different it is!
Just kidding. Those of you out there with these nifty little things known as “eyes” may notice that this website is virtually identical, if not less dynamic than the old Google Site. This is intentional, technically. The old site was functional, readable, and scaled well across PC and mobile. The new site is also these things but worse (ok the mobile functionality should be basically the same).
I am not an experienced programmer. I know my way around GDScript, Javascript, and HTML a little bit, but not enough to make anything truly worthwhile. So while I did program this website with my own sweat and blood (FUCK GENAI, none was used), I can only use do so much. The goal is to learn more about CSS and eventually update the website later down the line so it looks more interesting and is slightly more functional.
So yeah, it looks like this for now, and will look better later. If that's all you care about, you can stop reading.

THE DAY IS SUNDAY, DECEMBER 28TH. Famous Twitch streamer (aka eamer) Allison is streaming. She spends the ENTIRE STREAM relentlessly bullying me for my music tastes (do not verify that this is true). I feel like I need to explain myself.
Yes I like (early) Coldplay. Yes I like (early) Dave Mathews Band. It’s a free country, it is well within my rights to like basic white people music. We all have our weaknesses. My most listened to music this year, by a significant margin, is Constant Companions by JamieP and the first three Gorillaz albums. That isn’t as cringe? Right? Right?
Look me in the eyes and say these are bad songs. I’m not saying they’re masterpieces or even particularly good but cmon. They’re catchy. They’re fun! They’re not particularly deep but yknow what thats ok. Not every movie can be Goodfellas, not every game can be Shovel Knight. Sometimes you just want to watch Scary Movie, or play Wheel World, or listen to Citizen Cope. Follow your dreams. Like and subscribe.
